Jr High Athletics:

Boys voluntarily strength and conditioning workouts starts Monday, June 15, 2020 from 

8a.m. -  1 0a.m.  Drop off is by the high school side of the football field.

The girls workouts are still from 9a.m. - 11a.m. 

\r\n

Bring your own water and towel.

Please follow the link to the VVISD Covid-19 Screening Form. Students must have it filled out to participate.  They are also available at the gate to fill out.

We are beginning a summer program to keep you in shape and help with the transition once school begins. Please sign up with Sports You App to get up-to-date information, access code YDNC-QNDR.

If you need to get a physical, please do so asap. 

\r\n

The following programs begin this week, June 8th:

  • Strengthening & conditioning - girls: Mon-Thurs; 9-11am @ high school football field

  • Cross Country - MW 7:30-8:30am @ high school track, TTh @ Jr High Trail

    • Sports You App: KX6H5FHU

  • Volleyball - jr high is welcome. MW, 5:30-6:30pm @ high school gym (next to E Rudd)

  • Softball - jr high is welcome. Mon: pitchers & catchers 6:30-7:30pm  All softball players may come out one day a week, either Tues, Wed, or Thurs 6:30-7:30pm.

  • Girls basketball - jr high welcome. MW; 4-5pm @ high school gym
