DSHS Bay City Clinic will be ON SITE at Van Vleck Elementary School on Thursday, 8/5/21 for a "Back to School" Walk In Vaccine Clinic.

Back to School immunizations will be provided by the Texas Department of State Health Services - Bay City Clinic on Thursday, August 5th, 2021 from 9 am - 2 pm at Van Vleck Elementary School.

The immunizations that will be available at this Walk In clinic are:

Kindergarten requirements (4 year old shots): DTAP, Polio, MMR, Varicella
7th Grade requirements (11 year old shots): TDAP, Meningococcal
Optional HPV Vaccine for 11/12 year olds

Please be sure to bring your student's previous shot records with you.
